The public pages set no cookies and load no optional tracking, analytics or advertising. No consent banner is needed for them. The site does keep your own saved items in your browser’s storage on your device, described below.

What the website stores on your device

No cookies on the public pages.
Local storage (keys starting fp.v1.): your shortlist, compare list, quote basket and project notes, so they are still there when you come back. Nothing in it leaves your device.
Everything above is yours to remove: use the delete button on the project page, or clear this site’s data in your browser.

The staff console

The management console used by Floor Purchasers staff (not visitors) sets one essential, HttpOnly, same-site cookie, fp_admin, to keep a signed-in session for up to 8 hours. It is only set after a successful staff sign-in.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider may use technologies of its own to deliver and secure the website. Those are outside the page’s control and have not yet been inventoried. Manufacturer, map and room-visualiser links open other websites with their own cookie practices. The embedded OpenStreetMap map on the Visit us page may load automatically; its own cookie practices then apply to that frame.

If analytics or other optional services are added later, this policy and a consent mechanism must be updated before they go live.
