About this website
The website shows flooring products and helps you plan. It is for information and is not an online shop: you cannot buy anything on it. Product names, descriptions, specifications, prices and pictures come from the public product pages of Top Carpets & Floors (topcarpetsandfloors.co.za) and are kept up to date as far as we can, but may change without notice.
Prices, stock and colours
Prices are shown as published, with their conditions (for example “supply only” or whether VAT is included). A published price is not an offer: the price and availability that apply to you are those we confirm in a written quote. We do not show stock levels, and a product that appears here may not be in stock. Colours and textures on a screen are indicative: always look at a physical sample in your own light before you decide.
Estimates, requests and quotes
The material estimates on this website are calculated from the area you enter, with a planning allowance for cutting and waste, and they cover material only. They do not include preparation, underlay, removal of old flooring, fitting, delivery or trims. A request for a quote, a sample or a measurement is a request for information: it is not an order, and no contract is formed until we have measured, quoted in writing and you have accepted the quote.
Samples
Samples are provided to help you choose. They are not a guarantee that a product will be identical in every batch, and availability is confirmed when we reply.
Room visualiser
The room visualiser opens on the Top Carpets & Floors website (topcarpetsandfloors.co.za/). It is run by that website, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to it and to any photo you add there. Its previews are indicative only: confirm colour and scale with a sample and a measurement.
Pictures, films and illustrations
Product pictures belong to the suppliers and to Top Carpets & Floors, and are used here with their permission. The films and some room pictures on this website are AI-generated or computer-rendered illustrations. They show an idea, not a completed installation or a product’s exact appearance.
Using the website
You may view and print pages for your own planning. Please do not copy the website or its pictures for another purpose, try to interfere with it, or send us anything unlawful. We may change or remove content, or the website itself, at any time.
